Add your website to Google if it's not there yet, and add this website to your Google Webmaster account to manage your website presence in Google!
Once website is added to your Google Webmaster Tools, you can confirm you own it by adding a Meta Tag to your website. Just enter Meta Tag you see in Google Webmaster and confirm.
